Not content with simple 'spitting' lyrics with his close friends 18 year old 'Pace' decided that he'd create a place for young people interested in poetry, rapping and spoken to come together a showcase their talents. The session called, Mix the Flavour is an open mic event in East London that focuses on MC's, rap stars and spoken word poets aged between 12 and 25. With the backing of Subtext - a young persons committee dedicated to engaging the capitals youth - Pace is leading the way for other creative youngsters keen to express their feelings about life in London. Mix the Flavour will kick off on Monday 26th March at Rich Mix in Bethnal Green. Future dates include: 28th May, 30th July, 24th September and 26th November.
