On the Road in North West London

For five days, BBC London 94.9's On The Road tour is in the borough of Brent. Find out what's going on...

The BBC London 94.9 On The Road team sets up camp outside Willesden Green Library on Wednesday June 14 until Saturday June 17.

Robert Elms starts the proceedings off on Wednesday afternoon at 12pm. He'll be joined by Crispin Thomas who will be running a workshop on the art of writing Football Poems throughout the show.

Come along and get some inspiration and ideas for writing your own Football Story or Poem. If you've always wanted to have a go at writing you’ll learn some techniques to get started. To reserve a place contact Adele Finch adele.finch@brent.gov.uk or 020 8937 3420.

Plus Nanji Hirani from the Shree Swaminarayan Temple chats about its splendour and role in the Brent community.

On June 15th between 9am and 12pm, Jules Botfield, sitting in for Vanessa Feltz is live in Willesden, Jono and Jo say good morning to Brent on Friday June 16th from 6am and Tom Watt presents the Sports Show on Saturday June 17 from 2pm.
