You will also see the rich mix of historic warehouses and churches alongside the modern developments of London’s Docklands. ![]() A map of the walk around Rotherhithe Getting ThereThe start point is Redriff Road Bridge, close to Surrey Quays or Canada Water tube. By tube – take the East London line to Surrey Quays station, head towards the shopping centre and keep to the right. You will see the large red swing bridge where the walk begins. Alternatively take the Jubilee Line to Canada Water and exit for the shopping centre. Head towards the shops (past the sports store) using the walkway around the water. You will see the large red swing bridge where the walk begins. By bus – plenty of buses go to Canada Water or Surrey Quays, please see the London Buses link at the top of this page. By car – not recommended due to parking costs and limited space.
