Mobile correspondent Lee follows La Machine through Chinatown
Liverpool's Chinatown often plays host to a dragon which parades down the street at Chinese New Year, but a giant spider is a new spectacle. Mobile correspondent Lee gets his first up-close look as La Machine passes by en route to La Base. Lee is one of our mobile video correspondents who is posting video and text updates from a mobile phone to the BBC Liverpool08 website throughout the La Machine event.
Follow all the latest La Machine action with our mobile correspondents.

We went to see the spider wake up today at 3pm and we were told she wasn't going to wake up until 7pm this evening which was very dissappointing so we did not see her walk
i think you should put more updated videos on the website so people can keep up with la princess
I think a million plus spent on this monstrocity could have been put tp better use
We are off to Liverpool tomorrow to see her wake. I do hope the train runs on time!
