Art - Klimt - People

Amanda Notarianni talks about her hand blown glass and the influence of Klimt.

North West designer Amanda Notarianni's work is on show at The Design Show in Liverpool in June 2008. As an artist working with glass, Notarianni is inspired by the Tate's decision to showcase the art and craft of Klimt's Viennese Secession movement in a gallery more associated with Fine Art.

Gustav Klimt: Painting, Design and Modern Life in Vienna 1900 is at Tate Liverpool until 31st August 2008.

I already know the beautiful Notarianni's work, but this new meeting with Klimt is very interesting.

Congratulations!
