WHAT
IS PRIORY VIEW COMMUNITY TOOL HIRE COMPANY?
They're
a low-cost, community based, tool hire company which offers a wide
range of high quality DIY, gardening and home decorating tools.
Residents of the Windmill Hill Estate benefit from the service which
also works with other local groups to reclaim wasteland in the area.
On
Monday, 28th April 2003 - 150 people came along to an Open Day in
the Windmill Hill Community Centre. It was a day long opportunity
to find out what activities are available at the centre including
the Pensioners Club, and Mums 4 Mums, a support group for local
parents who are at the moment busy organising their summer activities
list.

Take a look at the list of tools below. It's their wish list! Can
you help to provide these vital tools? Ranging from carpet cleaners,
tree pruners, petrol mowers, tile cutters, multi purpose ladders,
cable reels, concrete mixers and floor sanders.

They also need volunteers. Can you paint and decorate? Do you have
a clean driving licence? Is gardening your forte? Can you spare
a few hours a week to help others in this community?
