My Memory

The Coronation Day in Madryn Street
From Meg Ogwin nee Charnock

Coronation Day

This is a photo which was taken to celebrate the Queen's Coronation.

My younger brother, Philip Charnock was the cute little drummer boy on the front row, my older sister Lillian is the 'ghost' or spirit of the party, I am the little girl in between them on the second row with the ribbon in my hair.

The pirate, middle back row, is Ringo Starr.

Other names are John Thomson, John Bersanti, Rosaline and Ronny Muberry, Dorothy Adams. Many happy memories return when I look at this.

Find out more about The Beatles and other Liverpool Stars.
