CYPHER

Top secret coded messages were sent from this room.

It was such a sensitive area that the operator was locked in the room and an armed guard was stationed outside.

Cypher Machine
The room which contained this machine contained nothing else and only one member of staff.

ENIGMA

The Secret War

The war's most secret messages were sent to this equipment from Bletchley Park where they had been decoded from the German ENIGMA Machine.

Enigma Messages were recieved here.
This machine was under armed guard and the operator locked in when in use.
