Breakfast with Ian Kenyon will be live at Anfield as the 20th anniversary of Britain's worst sporting disaster dawns and final preparations are made for the Hillsborough Memorial Service.

The programme will be linking up live with BBC Radio Nottingham - Nottingham Forest were the opponents at Hillsborough. Ex-Liverpool player Gary Ablett will be recalling the day of the disaster and Liverpool Lord Mayor Cllr Steve Rotherham will be talking about the city's decision to award Freedom of the City to the Hillsborough families.

At 11.30 a special programme 'Six Minutes Past Three' follows the stories of two survivors as they recall their experience in the Leppings Lane end at Hillsborough.

From midday Roger Phillips is live at Anfield presenting a special phone in debate about Hillsborough followed by the memorial service live at 2.45pm

North West Tonight

Watch coverage of the days events in a special North West Tonight with Gordon Burns and Ranvir Singh including excerpts from the memorial service and an interview with Liverpool's keeper on the day, Bruce Grobbelaar.
