Students face tests in school

Is a test best?

Tests in school - why do we need them?

Every year students across the country face tests in school.

Sometimes a low mark can get you down but a high mark can make you proud. But why do we need them?

Tests show how good you are doing at a subject and put you in a set which people who learn at the same speed as you.

Harvey a year 7 pupil who recently took his CAT tests said

“I was worried before hand but now that I've done them I'm quite proud because I did brilliantly”

You may think tests are stressful at the time, but like Harvey you might find they are worth it in the end.
