So what can we tell you about our weather presenters? Sarah CruddasFirst thing in the morning, you'll hear Sarah Cruddas doing the weekday forecast on BBC Radio Lincolnshire. She joins Rod Whiting on the Breakfast Show. ![]() As well as presenting on BBC Radio Lincolnshire, Sarah can be seen on Look North presenting the breakfast TV forecast. Sarah grew up in East Yorkshire and has always had a keen interest in science and the weather. She has a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester, and before becoming a weather presenter, Sarah worked as a reporter for the BBC. ![]() Paul Hudson Paul HudsonPaul can be seen each weekday evening on Look North (BBC1 at 6.30) but also does the forecast on BBC Radio Lincolnshire in the afternoon. Hear Paul on air with William Wright at 4.55pm and 5.55pm. Paul's banter with Peter Levy on Look North is one of the first things people talk about when they mention the programme! Paul was born and brought up in Keighley, near Bradford, and after reading geophysics and planetary physics at Newcastle University, he joined the Met Office and did two years at Leeds Weather Centre before moving to Bracknell. There he was an international forecaster where he was on hurricane and cyclone watch for places such as Miami, South Australia, the Pacific Islands and Singapore. If you have an interesting weather picture, send it to Paul and he might use it on the television.
![]() Lisa Gallagher Lisa GallagherLisa Gallagher is up early each morning to present the early weather on Look North - but when Paul's off she does his job so can often be heard on BBC Radio Lincolnshire during the afternoon. Lisa was born in Bolton, Lancashire in 1977. She went on to graduate from the University of Hull with a BSc. Hons 2.1 degree in geography. Since graduating she has worked as a computer cartographer and then, prior to joining the Met Office, as a member of cabin crew flying out of Manchester airport". I really enjoyed the job but do admit to wanting to get off the plane with the passengers in the downroute destination!" After spending 18 months in London, Lisa is very pleased to be presenting the weather in a region where she spent many a weekend rambling round the countryside on field trips from university. In her spare time she enjoys reading, drawing, socialising with friends and aspires to one day owning a Porsche 911. ![]() Weekend ForecastsOn BBC Radio Lincolnshire at the weekend, you can hear Met Office forecasts at the following times. Saturday at 0720, 0845, 1145 and 1345. A weather summary is also read after every news bulletin. On Sunday you can hear a five day forecast at 0703, 0905 and a standard forecast at 1145.
