On a serious note, it should be remembered that alcohol is a diuretic and it's consumption will leave you dehydrated, Running Man. This could have health implications if you are already losing water through sweating. I would seriously consider deferring it's consumption until well after the race.

Laura Mayo
Good luck to all those running for the Stuart Mayo Air Ambulance Appeal!

David Harding-Price
Good luck and happy running to all members of the MATTDOTCOM team.

Running Man
I'll look forward to being overtaken by you on the route as I dive into the pub for a quick drink to raise my 'spirits'!

Marcus Pell and all the other Posties
Good luck Michelle (bbc website designer). You will enjoy the day!! We are a load of posties from Spalding, back again to do this years race. We raised over £1700 for charity in 2003, and are doing the same this year for St Barnabas Hospice. 2003 kick started me, as I have now got in to Triathlons as well. I'm sure Jimoh will look after you and encourage you a lot, he is a very nice chappy. Keep an ear out for us on 94.9 we will be trying for as much publicity as possible to raise funds.
