Health Walks

If you fancy getting out and about this winter why not try a led walk in your local area? Held each week they are a great way to improve fitness and feel healthier. Find out more below:
Regular weekly walks
The regular local walks included in the programme are usually circular walks in the vicinity of the meeting venue. On the day there will be the option for shorter routes, to meet the demand and ability of the walkers. If you would like to join in, meet at the venue 10-15 minutes before the departure time and talk to the walk leader.
Out of town walks
These walks offer a change of environment, often with a historical or wildlife interest. Occasionally numbers may be limited so please contact the local health walks coordinator to express your interest.
Other walks
If your fitness level has improved and you would like to join a longer walk there are several walking groups in South West Lincolnshire. Information can be found at www.ramblers.org.uk or call 01522 534655
