Malakai, aka Gee and Scott are two characters from Bristol, who's music the press have been hailing as 'the return of the Bristol Sound, up there with the landmark debuts from Massive Attack and Portishead.'

Gee takes care of lyrics and vocals. He's previously supported De La Soul, and once nearly doubled the world record for the fastest rap, packing 982 syllables into 60 seconds. He then met Scott and started writing songs; the buzz they created landed them a deal with Island Records.

They're set to unleash their debut album 'Ugly Side of Love' on the 5th May, proceeded by single 'Snowflake' out on the 28th April.
