My Best Friend's Suicide
Rachel Studley lives with her cat in a flat in Coalville... she suffers from a mental illness but rather than let it get the better of her, she's set up a website to help people understand more about it.

The website MadNOTBad aims to provide a space for those affected by mental ill health to share their insights and creativity. She wants people to feel less isolated and unheard and chip away at the stigma surrounding mental illness. The site has now had over 50,000 hits.

In Rachel's video she talks to us about the tragic loss of her friend Susan who took her own life - reminding us how important it is to listen to people who suffer and take them seriously.
