My Diwali
Dipak's
so excited! It's Diwali time and he and his family have been preparing -
cleaning the house, decorating, buying new clothes, not to mention all those
sweets!
'The Golden Mile' - Belgrave Road is the focus of Leicester's celebrations
and when you look at the street, you can see why Diwali's known as the "Festival
of Light".
Thousands of people cram the streets for Diwali day with fireworks being
set off, all to celebrate the Hindu New Year when the business books are
blessed and all the family get together…
But has Dipak fallen in love with a shop mannequin?
