Tony
Alleyne, a Star Trek buff and interior designer from Hinckley, was
bored with his flat in so decided to give it a futuristic look.
However, rather than stopping at chrome hob and sink unit, Tony
transformed his home into an exact replica of the Starship Enterprise.
The flat features a fully-functional transporter room, a futuristic
kitchen and bathroom, voice activated lighting system and all mod
cons.

| Tony
has spent over a year transforming his flat. |
Tony,
who has posted the flat on the internet for £2 million, says
he has been inundated with requests from Star Trek fans to look
around his home.
"I
did not want the reaction when you walked in that this was an apartment
with a Star Trek theme, I wanted to the feeling you were not in
the 21st Century," says Tony.
Tony says, although he is proud of his flat and the years of work
it has taken to transform, he cannot handle all the requests he
receives from Trekkies.
"I can't really have a lot of people coming through here as
it is such a small apartment. The next best thing is for them to
see the interior.
"I am a Star Trek fan myself, but more of a fan of the interior.
I can say that even after three-and-a-half years of living in this
environment, it is still exciting," adds Tony.
