Findley
Webster had a great 2001 with the Findley Webster band promoting
her first solo CD "Kiss my Tiara". This month Findley offers
some unplugged versions of her material at Shebop - the monthly
showcase for women musicians.
She promises
a set of new and original sound tracks arranged to show you
her romantic side (of course with a twist) on Valentine's
Day Eve.
Her music
has been likened to Skunk Anansie, Annie Lennox and even David
Bowie. She writes with guitarist Ian Jones whose previous
credits include work with Metallica.
Findley
put her band together a year ago and has earned a reputation
for
sexy, racey and controversial live performances earning her
guitar rock queen tag. Catch her, girl and guitar, at The
Musician in Leicester on Wednesday 13th February. Doors open
8pm, entry £2.
