Introducing... Adam Dunmore
Listen to Leicestershire singer-songwriter Adam Dunmore talk lyrics, The Beatles and what it means to hit the big time.
Adam Dunmore is a singer-songwriter who hails from a little village in Leicestershire called Botcheston.
Adam is generally a solo artist, but for his album he collaborated with a drummer and bassist under the name of Find Pocket Girl:
"I think it's nice to be in a band, it's easier in a way because you've got someone supporting you. It's had to motivate yourself on your own, getting gigs and things."

BBC Leicester's Jo Bostock spoke to Adam about his music, The Beatles and The X Factor...
Adam places great importance in lyric writing, a passion that takes up a lot of time.
"Songwriting, I think that's what I enjoy most. I like learning what people like, so as I go along they seem to get better - hopefully not worse!
Fellow singer-songwriter Damien Rice has had a great influence on Adam's music, but he's also inspired by slightly more upbeat artists.
Adam is currently a student in Liverpool studying performing arts - a city he feels sits in the shadow of The Beatles.
At the moment Adam's not quite sure what 'making the big time' means to him, be he definitely doesn't believes it's the be all and end all...
"It's something that if you enjoy you should keep at it and then see what happens.
"If you're enjoying what you're doing, as long as you're living okay, I don't think it should matter."
