Listen: Interview with Blue Horizon
BBC Leicester's Chris Highton spoke to Blue Horizon the day after their big win...
The Blue Horizon lads' have been friends since primary school and at 16 and 17 they've still got plenty of years left to hit the big time.
In a strange twist the band original formed after getting together to play at the wedding of one of their competitors in the competition.
Since then they've mainly performed at private parties, slowly building up a fanbase, but hoping the win will mean new things for them:
"From this we're hoping we can do a bit more in public and get our music out there."

Dedicated to Hathern!
The band are dedicated to their music and practiced every day of the week in the build up to the talent contest to get the best sound they could for the audience:
"When the audience are on your side it's so much easier, and they were really supporting us out there, and so we tried to give them a good show."
Blue Horizon aren't just in the music for themselves; they've been busy raising funds for Rainbows Hospice.
They have a covers album that their audiences can have in exchange for a donation to the charity, and they've even pledged half their award money.
Oh, and of course, they're also doing this to represent their village, "We're trying to big up Hathern, as it's a nice place!"
