The blue tower at the top of Granby Street in Leicester has been a popular topic of conversation amongst locals.

It's caused a high-rise hullabaloo since it first turned from concrete grey to its new blue hue earlier this year. The last development to the tower were the multi-coloured windows.

It's been thought, for a long time, that the colourful edifice was only temporary and its owner, Amir Zarbafi, would ultimately tone it back down again. Listen to what he has to say...

The St George's Tower near the railway station sprung up in the 1960's. The building has been undergoing a huge makeover as part of Leicester's Regeneration Project.
