Mandaric bid "precarious"

The Serbian businessman offered £6.4 million to the 50 or so shareholders of Leicester City Football Club, who helped keep the club survive in the aftermath of its going into administration.

But it's thought that the conditions attached are where the sticking points lie.

Representatives acting on behalf of the former Portsmouth chairman were not at the club on Friday 15 December 15, the day laid down by Milan Mandaric as to when he wanted to takeover.

He was also not present to see Leicester City's 2-0 victory over Barnsley.
