Hawa is 46 and a mother of six and grandmother of two.

She grew up in Somalia before coming to Leicester. She likes reading and chatting with her friends.

Traditionally Somali families are quite close knit and on the big side, so being split up and having to live on the other side of the world can be difficult.

Hawa's story is about her family and how she remembers them.
