1927 St Martin's as it was known was hallowed as Leicester
Jain Centre stands on Oxford Street in Leicester. A former
chapel, the inside of the building has been transformed from its
original state - take a look.
Cathedral was built 900 years ago when the Normans began
to build the original church. It was rebuilt and enlarged between
the 13th and 15th Centuries and became the 'Civic Church'.
Umar Mosque on Evington Road, Leicester was completed
in 2000 and took 18 months to build. The architecture and decoration
inside are a sight to behold.
