Capturing Leeds is the first of many themed exhibitions planned for new Gallery 22 in the Corn Exchange.

The collection of photography has been brought together for the first time by a group of professional photographers working in and around
the city.

The exhibition portrays Leeds as a modern cosmopolitan European city and also depicts its industrial heritage. Subject matter ranges from architecture, street and landscape to documentary photography.

The contributing artists include John Angerson, Justin Slee, Alex Handley, Tania Coates, Corinne Silva, Lee Snoding, Matt Dale and gallery owner Kathrin Ollroge.

Capturing Leeds is at Gallery 22 from Tuesday 22 of June - Wednesday 21 July. Admission free. All exhibited images are available for purchase.
