Leeds Imprint's aim is to showcase the local printmaking that goes on in Leeds Universities and colleges, and various workshops and garden sheds across the city. Sarah Jones from Leeds Metropolitan Univeristy has gathered a number of graduating students whose work adds vigour to the exhibition. Most of the pieces in the exhibition are available for sale with prices to fit pockets of all sizes. The event, part of Celebrate Leeds 2007 - the festival marking Leeds' 800th birthday, has been supported by Arts Council England, Tonic Arts at the LGI, East Street Arts and Leeds Innovation Design Centre.
