Bandage These Hearts

Read a profile of this Leeds-based band.

ARTIST/BAND: Bandage These Hearts
BASED IN: All over Leeds
BAND MEMBERS:
Harry - Vocals
James - Guitar
Wallace - Bass, backing vox
Nath - Drums
BEEN GOING SINCE: August 2004
BIOGRAPHY: Formed in August 2004, Bandage These Hearts began as an immediately serious band writing original material from day 1 and gigging after only a couple of months. Their material has progressed into a heavy form of emo, combining the melodic elements of rock and pop punk with the power and passion of screamo. As a result, the band has a very individual style, hitting the perfect middle ground between power and melody. The debut EP Put Pen To Paper And Hope It Holds establishes the band's foothold in the local scene.
STYLE OF MUSIC: Powerful screamy emo
INFLUENCES: Senses Fail, Metallica, MCR
FAVOURITE SONG: Senses Fail - Cute When You Scream
BEST MOMENT SO FAR: Every moment in the band is our best moment.
OTHER INFO: Our EP is due for release mid April. Samples via the website.
