What on EARTH is Leonie on??? They're just absolutely brilliant - have seen them a few times now and they've yet to disappoint me - they've got so much energy on stage and a stare so intense, you just HAVE to pay attention. And as for saying the singer's an acquired taste, well everyone's entitled to their own opinions, but I think he's got one of the best voices I've heard in a long time and it had an impact on me from the very first time I heard it (on What We Did Wrong), which is rare for me.

Saw them in Cardiff on the 29th and they completely overshadowed the kaisers. Nine Black Alps were metal nonsense compared to this poppy dancable Hot Hot Heat like fusion of fun and hot men... very talented. Come to Cardiff again! I got a drumstick! Thank you Tim!

Saw the Duels supporting the Kaiser Chiefs and Nine Black Alps in cambridge a little while back and they rocked the place out- far better than NBA and almost as good as the kaisers themselves. And oh my god Katherine is actually the fittest primary school teacher/ keyboardist Ive ever seen. FIT. oh and Jon and Jim kissed!

saw them at the astoria supporting the kaiser chiefs! think they rock! they have a mass amount of enthusiasm and energy on stage. will deffo be buying the album. i met jim after the gig and got a pic with him, he was REALLY sweet! great gig!
