Exercise is really good for you. You should exercise every day to make you healthy.

It will help you to get fit and to have strong bones.

Doing gymnastics

It will make you flexible and help you to live longer because it makes your heart healthier.

Exercise is fun and gives you more energy. It gets oxygen all around your body. It will stop you getting fat and getting ill.

Getting into hockey

Healthy people live happy lives!

So don't slouch, get off the couch!
