Everybody was rushing around trying to get ready to perform and show the people from the BBC, the Council, Education Leeds and many other places all about the work we are doing on all_2gether_now. Then the message came through that the aeroplane was delayed and we had an extra half an hour - phew! Time for calm. ...And then they arrived.

Children performing the all_2gether_now song.Children from High Schools came back to Shakespeare (their old primary school) to sing, dance and perform alongside present Shakespeare children, or just talk in the assembly about their memories of the project and how it has affected their lives.

"I never thought I would have the chance to work with the BBC, but when I interviewed those people live on Radio with Shellby, it was just fantastic. It really made me feel more confident about everything I do," said Lewis.

The children performed the all_2gether_now song with Ricky Venel Strong and then the VIPs went up to the Computer Room to see Shakespeare's all_2gether_now BBC Club working on some new pages.

"It was scary meeting Mr Dyke, because you didn't know what to say because he was so important. He was really nice though, listening to me, asking questions and just chatting to me."

Everyone stayed in the computer Room for about fifteen minutes. They said that they were impressed by everything and liked our work. I really liked that bit.

...And then, like a gust of wind... they were gone. They had to visit other places and then there was the evening award ceremony in Bradford. I hope they enjoyed their time at Shakespeare.
