Crisps
and chocolate are all very well, but what you need in a balanced
diet is fruit and vegetables.

The
kinds of food that you should find in a lunch-box...
In
your lunch box most people would like sweets and crisps but you
need some bread, fruit and a healthy drink.
After
learning about healthy eating this is what I would like in my pack-lunch:
A
tuna, or a turkey and salad sandwich;
An
apple;
A
banana and a carrot;
Two
digestive biscuits;
A
strawberry yoghurt;
And
some pure orange juice.
You
should have the biscuit for energy; you eat the tuna, turkey or
salad sandwich for fibre, carbohydrates and protein.The fruit, vegetables
and yoghurt will give you the vitamins and minerals that you need
and the juice will give you some refreshing liquid, because as everybody
knows - you need 2 litres of water every day.
With
this packed-lunch I would be more healthy and more able to keep
going throughout the day.
...Now
that you've found out what to eat to keep your body healthy, click

of Ebor Gardens Primary School to be more peaceful.
