A selection of DIY products, are inappropriately pitched to a department store highlighting the need to correctly identify and listen to your audience. As a contrast, an excellent pitch is made for a 'baby glow’, where the presenter successfully answers questions and uses a range of language techniques. Brief feedback from the buyers is included as are the outcomes of the pitch from Alan Sugar's team.
