Guide to the steeplechase event
The steeplechase is a 3,000m race on the track including hurdles and a water jump. Presenter and former athlete Jo Ankier demonstrates the technique for tackling the hurdles and water jump and describes the need to build up physical and mental endurance for this challenging event.
