  • Kera (a young teenage girl with severe learning difficulties) is in the bathroom cleaning her teeth. After a cursory brush, and with matter obviously still stuck to her teeth, she puts her toothbrush in a glass and looks in the mirror. A question mark appears. The video replays. When she is looking in the mirror following her cursory brush during the replay, a Widgit 'stop' symbol appears. Kera continues to brush her teeth until they are pearly white and free of bits of food.
