She explains how binge eating helped her to cope with her body hatred. Hayley discusses how she is starting to conquer her condition with the help of therapy. An animated science sequence shows the part that fatty foods play in stimulating the production of endorphins. First broadcast in the Learning Zone on BBC2 in December 2012 as part of the programme Body Matters.
