Use to develop a narrative thread. How could these images be linked? What is the common purpose? Is there one voice, or would you use multiple voices? As an editing exercise – limit the number of images that can be used and then develop a narrative structure. How has limiting the number impacted on the quality of the story? Now relate these words. Students write a story in 100 words, based around one of the images. Reduce it to 50, then 25, then 10 then one.
