What would Jesus do - about authority? (pt 1/3)
A drama based on two boys playing a computerised 'What Would Jesus Do' game to relate the teaching and example of Jesus to their own moral attitudes and circumstances. It intends to illustrate the surprising and paradoxical nature of several examples of Jesus' teaching. Daryl and Steve find some connections with their own lives and some challenges to their own behaviour in the drama.
a) After watching the clip, ask students to plot a 'feelings graph' for the two characters. Then ask them to add a word which expresses how they felt at each high or low e.g. thoughtful, embarrassed, challenged, bored, interested etc.
b) Students can then compare their graph with a friend's and talk about the differences.
