Our fourth series, Phrase Frenzy, gives you a chance to test your knowledge of English idioms by looking at some pictures - but be quick, you only have 15 seconds to identify each idiom!

Phrase Frenzy - the body

Body parts

Watch this video and try to work out three English idioms from the the pictures you see.

But be quick, you only have 15 seconds per phrase.

The answers are on the video and also shown below, so no cheating!

Your challenge: Look at these pictures and identify three idioms on the theme of...

parts of the body

You have 15 seconds for each idiom. Are you ready?

Phrase 1: To cost and arm and a leg = to be very expensive.

Phrase 2: To see eye to eye = to agree with or to have the same opinions as someone else.

Phrase 3: To get cold feet = to not do something you had planned to do because you are
nervous or are too frightened.

So how did you do?

1 correct = on the wrong foot

2 correct = need a foot up

3 correct = best foot forward
