Do you want to turn your life around? Would you like to improve your English or do you just need some help with essential skills that many people take for granted, such as reading and writing or maths? Good communication skills will help you progress at work and participate in your community.
There are many different ways you can improve your skills, such as courses at colleges and adult education centres, as well as online courses. Here are some links below to help you get started:

Skillswise aims to help adults improve their reading, writing and maths skills through on-screen activities and games.
Getting to grips with numbers is a skill that you can be proud of, BBC Key Skills also has online courses to help you with your communication skills, ICT skills and more.

 I was the biggest culprit of not having an education. If I could get out of it I would, but my advice to anyone out there is... make that phone call, turn up at a college. Make that first initial step.
