Snow Patrol
After 10 years of hard slog, Snow Patrol eventually found success with their 2003 album Final Straw. Follow-up Eyes Open became the best selling album of 2006, in part thanks to their massive single Chasing Cars, and they return to Later to play hits from new record A Hundred Million Suns.
