The six remaining entrepreneurs hit Naples this week, where each pair must build businesses around the theme of food and drink.
With Natalie and Lucy choosing to work together once more, and Carl and James T pairing up, Dimple and Jason are forced to work as a team.
Lucy and Natalie spot a gap in the market and set up their business translating menus into English.
James and Carl find the city's only ice bar and gallery and arrange to host a party.
Dimple and Jason head for Capri with the intention of targetting Naples' classiest restaurants, however the sparks soon fly as they try to agree a strategy and they both suffer with a stomach bug.
At the end of the week, the three pairs meet to reveal how much profit they've made. As all the money goes down on the table, James and Carl have a fleeting taste of victory before Dimple and Jason reveal their last minute deal means they will be going home.
The remaining four entrepreneurs will pack their bags and head on to the fifth location - Bangkok.
