The eight remaining entrepreneurs fight it out in the Egyptian capital of Cairo this week. Staying in a £10 a night back-street hostel and worried about being at a disadvantage as women trying to do business in Cairo, each girl chooses a boy to pair up with.
Natalie and Jason, who both work in the entertainment industry are pleased to be working together initially. They want to target high-rollers and plan a posh night out for rich tourists, however finding the city's 'movers and shakers' is difficult. They arrange a meeting with an exclusive club, but eventually they run out of time and only have 10 minutes to market their event and find people to attend. The stress of the week takes its toll as they have to ring to cancel their event.
Lianne and Nathaniel meet tour guide and lecturer Ahmed who agrees to help them put on a Tutankhamen lecture. Using some of Ahmed's contacts, they find businesses to sponsor the event. With a venue and sponsorship arranged, they struggle to find people to buy tickets. Turn-out for the event is poor, despite giving the tickets away for free. Having already been paid half their sponsorship money in advance, they make the decision not to go back to collect the rest!
Lucy and Carl decide to make tourist guides with tear-off information cards for backpackers. They arrange a meeting with one of Cairo's top advertisers who doesn't see any value in their concept, however another company agree to a meeting, and Lucy and Carl spend the day making a mock-up of their tourist board. Unfortunately, they are once again told there is no way to make money from their idea, and end the week without a profit.
Dimple and James T struggle to find inspiration on the first day. But after research on the internet they decide to run workshops for Cairo's young entrepreneurs who want to set up tourism businesses. They find a company who will set up the event and find people to attend, but when Dimple and James arrive there are no participants... and no money!
After an extremely tough week the pairs meet to reveal who has made the most money: Lucy and Carl have made a loss, Dimple and James have done even worse, and the week's biggest losers are Natalie and Jason, despite a last-minute attempt to sell camel rides.
That means Lianne and Nathaniel, who made a profit of nearly 3000 Egyptian pounds, are the week's winners. After a night at a top hotel they fly home to their families.
The remaining six entrepreneurs can only watch with envy, as they pack their bags and head on to the fourth location - Naples.
