Profile: Jason explains how he got into the business.
| Name | Jason Graham |
| Age | 39 |
| Lives | London |
| Business | Director Below Zero and Absolut Ice Bar |
'Man about town' Jason is one of the directors of the UK's first, permanent ice bar. After completing a degree in Engineering at Southbank University he became involved with the hospitality industry, organising events and dealing with promotions.
Whilst assisting with the opening of a club in London, he was approached by his now business partners. They had the idea of opening a lounge bar. As ideas developed the ice bar 'Below Zero' was born.
Everyone aspires to having their own helicopter, and yeah it's on my list of things to do; owning and flying a helicopter.
From an early age Jason was ambitious and knew that a 'nine-to-five' job wasn't for him. He realised that getting into the bar and restaurant industry would give him the alternative lifestyle that he aspired to.
Jason's first job was at the famous Pangaea Club in Mayfair, where he says clients were happy to spend around £40,000 a table. Jason likes to splash out and says he's lucky to have money to spend on entertainment, clothes, holidays and cars.
Although he can afford an extravagant lifestyle now, Jason had a modest upbringing. He says being around friends who were successful gave him a taste for fine things and drove him forward.
Jason says he's well known in the West End of London, and that people probably know him as 'Jason from the Ice Bar'. Below Zero opened in 2005 and is self-named 'the coolest bar in town'! Jason's role predominately deals with the marketing aspect of the business which he very much enjoys.
Jason is passionate about his industry and says he loves to spend time telling people about it and letting them know what a great place he runs!
There's a side to me that's out socialising, being the life and soul of the party, and there's another more relaxed, introvert side when I'm at home.
He believes that anyone can be an entrepreneur; it just comes down to your determination, passion and willpower. For him, it's a case of thinking laterally and not listening to people when they say 'no'.
Jason says one of his biggest strengths is his friendly, outgoing personality, and his weakness is probably that he likes to enjoy himself too much. He's determined to fit in some enjoyment during his time on The Last Millionaire as he says 'It can't be all work and no play, not for me anyway.'
Jason spends a lot of time and money on his appearance, but he feels it's important to look good, and that first impressions count, especially in his industry.
Jason's hoping he won't lose face if he is The Last Millionaire. He knows all eyes are going to be on him, and he doesn't plan to show any weaknesses.
