This week our athletes have been entered into a long distance race over frozen wastelands in Siberia.
The chopper drops them 400 miles into the wilderness to live with half a dozen Koryak herders at Reindeer Camp.
The boys are welcomed by chief herders Fyodor and Anatoli and a warming bowl of reindeer blood.
Koryak Endurance Running
The Koryak's spring festival race is 10 miles over hills, through woods and across unstable terrain.
Temperatures can fall as low as -30 and runners have to contend with deep drifts, compacted snow and frozen rivers.
Early on trainer Slava has his eye on Murray who seems to be the only one not fazed by running through the snow dressed like a yeti.
It's not long before our boys get a taste of just how dangerous conditions can be. Jarvis plunges through the ice into freezing water and JJ twists his ankle badly in the snow. Unfortunately JJ's ankle doesn't heal quickly enough so he's out of the race but Jarvis is determined to make the start line.
Reeling from these events, the athletes take some time out to get involved in Koryak life. After coralling over 1000 Reindeer for the annual castration they try to hunt down something else for dinner.
With training over the athletes take a long and bumpy ride to the village of Khailino - in a Russian tank.
After almost an hour, Murray hits the summit and amazingly takes third place from last year's winner Yuri. Meanwhile Ed continues to push hard, opening up a 20 minute lead over Jarvis and Wolé.
As they reach the final quarter, Ed hopes to catch Murray in the woods. The happy hippy's made it to second place overall but has he got enough left in the tank for the final stretch?
On the finish line JJ watches for the first of the athlete to appear. Having lead the athletes from start to finish...
Murray is Last Man Standing in Kamchatka.
Ed comes in second amongst the athletes and Jarvis an unprecedented third. Wolé is fourth and a whole hour later Joey finishes the race, determined not to give up.
The next challenge - Sikaran kick-fighting
There are no upcoming episodes of this programme.
Six intrepid athletes travel the world to compete against the most remote tribes on earth at their own sports.
Production Co-ordinator Chris O'Donnell takes us behind the scenes.
The Kamchatka Peninsula is located in the far east of Russia. It is littered with many volcanoes, all of which house little threat to the population. The inhabitants can barely recall a time when they have erupted.
The icy cold weather of Kamchatka means that there is little economic activity with fishing and crabbing taking place on the coasts and being the main income.

I'm always going to think positive and hopefully that positivity will get me to the end of the race.

It was great to see Murray really 'in the zone' with an outstanding result. While it did look painful, he made it look like an enjoyable run.

That was an amazing thing to actually beat locals at their sport. Hats of to Murray for that win. Ed's still my favourite to win the whole thing as he is pretty much good all round and he just doesn't give up. Who are your favourites to win the competition this year??
Loving it

seriously big fan of this show, it is incredible! really hope they do another series and publish how to apply! I've decided going on Last Man Standing is one of my life goals! I'd even stop being a vegetarian to immerse myself with the tribes and the experience as a whole. My 2 fav atheltes this series are Ed & Murray, great lads who seem like a laugh with amazing determination and good old English grit! Looking at the events to come though I'd say that Wole could come back strong with some of the combat events.. Should be a close finish though! Hendo
