Ed. Old-Etonian, Oxford Graduate, nice family. OK, but the stereotypes end there. Ed is one serious competitor with a lust for victory that even rivals Wolé's - and that's saying something.
You might not think it, but I love penguins...

Ed competes as a modern pentathlete (shooting, horse riding, swimming, running and fencing) as well as in rowing and rugby.
He's come onto Last Man Standing to push himself to the limit, having only 'nearly' made himself pass out a couple of times in competition before.
He might have been dubbed 'chicken legs' by the big boys, but Ed is determined to show what he can do, and is hoping to create a few upsets and surprises.
One thing's for sure: he's not going to be a quitter.

We sent Ed a list of questions to dig a little deeper and find out what really makes him tick.

Describe your training regime:
Fairly haphazard. Swimming and running mostly. I've been going kayaking and climbing quite a bit recently, to be honest if an opportunity to do a bit of sport arises then I'll grab it.
Profession:
Fugitive student in search of job.
Do you have pets?
Yes, a border terrier.
Do you currently have a girlfriend(s)?
Nope.
What's the one thing you can't live without?
I like my food.
What is your favourite sporting moment?
England winning the Rugby World Cup.
Who is your sporting idol?
Eric Cantona.
What car do you drive?
Clio.
If not competing in Last Man Standing you'd be...
Working in finance.
Favourite song/singer/group:
Feeder. I'm loving MGMT at the moment though.
What has Last Man Standing meant to you?
Plenty, this year I've done some amazing things with great bunch of lads.
What other sports do you compete in?
Lacrosse, rugby and hockey.
Greatest sporting achievement so far?
Getting a Blue (getting my University colours).
You wouldn't expect it from me but I love/am obsessed with...
Penguins. You've got to love penguins.
What was your highlight of Last Man Standing?
Herding reindeer in Kamchatka.
How did you train to prepare for Last Man Standing?
Running and swimming.
What do you do to pass the time on your travels round the world?
Mock JJ mostly. Music/films/books/cards, you know the score.
What's your favourite film/film star?
Robin Hood.
What do you do in your spare time?
Pub, sport, a bit of photography, live music, Morris Dancing, etc. Usual stuff really.
Do you have any secret talents?
I can eat a lemon whole in under a minute.
What qualities do you most value in your friends?
Loyalty, a rubbish sense of humour and not taking themselves too seriously.
What natural gift would you most like to possess?
I'd quite like to be able to meditate.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
Not sure really.
Which superhero are you most like?
Wolverine.
Who is your ideal woman?
Katherine Heigl.
