Terms and conditions

The deadline for receiving online and telephone applications will close at midnight on 27th July 2008.

Only UK residents can apply for tickets. Overseas entries will not be considered.

Only one application will be accepted per person. A maximum of 6 tickets can be applied for in total.

Spaces are limited. If oversubscribed, tickets will be allocated at random on an event by event basis.

You will be contacted after the closing date only if your registration has been successful and you have been allocated tickets.

Applications can only be accepted if completed by an adult aged 18 years or over. Any participant under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult acting as legal guardian who will be responsible for them at the event.

The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost applications due to the internet, telephone or postal system. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Entrants must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the ticket(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or inaudible applications or applications made fraudulently.

Entrants can only apply using their main residential address.

By registering to attend the events you grant the BBC permission to film, photograph or record you and your group’s participation at the event to use for publicity or broadcast purposes across all media now or hereafter known in perpetuity.

By providing a mobile phone number during the registration process you consent to being contacted by SMS prior to the event for the sole purpose of sending you information and/or a reminder about the event. This will only occur should you be successful in applying for tickets.

The personal details you give us when entering this draw will only be used by the BBC in relation to this event. They will be stored under the terms of the Data Protection Act.

The BBC reserves the right to change or cancel this event and ticket process at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the BBC is not liable for any loss of money and expense incurred in travelling to the venue.

Tickets are free and cannot be resold. If you buy tickets from anyone they will not be valid.

This event is administered by the BBC and its approved agencies.
