How to say you like something and that you'll take it - a few basics

  • If you want to say you like something, you can use Mi piace... or Mi piacciono... They can also be used on their own to say 'I like it' or 'I like them'.


  • Saying questo or quello, 'this' or 'that', is useful if you don't know the word for something. If you're talking about something


  • To ask if you can try it on or say that you'll take it, you'll need the correct word for 'it' - lo for masculine objects and la for feminine items.


  • To say 'them' use li for masculine objects and le if they are feminine.
