Pronouncing '-in', '-ain' and '-ien'
Another French nasal sound is similar to the English 'sang' with a shortened ending. It is usually shown with the letters
-in
and
-ain
:
le vin
cinq
le pain
intéressant
This sound is also made with words ending
-ien:
Très bien
De rien
