I've been invited to spend a weekend away, so I book some accommodation over the phone.
Hakim looks up a 3-star hotel in a guidebook - Trois étoiles. Bon, c’est pas trop cher.

   s’il vous plaît ?

- Have you got a room for the 20th March,
   please?

Hotel receptionist on the phone - Et c’est pour combien de nuits ?
- And it's for how many nights?
- Deux nuits. Du mercredi vingt mars au
  vendredi vingt-deux.

- Two nights. From Wednesday 20th
   March to Friday 22nd.
- Très bien.
- Very well.
Hakim holds his credit card - Vous acceptez les cartes de crédit ?
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Bien sûr. Pouvez-vous m’envoyer votre
   numéro de carte par fax, s’il vous plaît ?

- Of course. Can you send me your card
  number by fax, please?
- D'accord.
- OK.
Bookings clerk on the phone - Et votre nom, s’il vous plaît ?
- And your name, please?
