Very very nice. Beautiful words, picture and ambience, well done Steve. Paul Fourie, Blackburn.

Travel with James by Steve Ragnall

Please tell us about yourself:
I am a fifty-two year old retired bank manager currently working as a trustee for a charitable development trust and as part of the management team of a community centre. I have two adult children. My main interests are history and music and I'm writing a biography of an 18th century sailor from my home town.

What is your story about?
Travel and the influence on me of Captain James King.

Why did you choose to tell this particular story?
I've travelled the world researching James King and I've been interested to see the differences between his time and mine in respect of the indigenous people of the Pacific Ocean.

What was the experience of making your digital story like?
Enjoyable. Learnt a lot and met many interesting people.
